while updating software got stuck in download mode, screen is blank

cannot locate any serial number anywhere on unit. ms509 obdii/eobd v1.0

Reply to 4 floor: where do i get the required bin file the update file is an rar file no choices of files only downloads one file.

No, there are three files in the RAR file, including two bin files. If the first one did not work out ,you should try another one. Pls read the update instruction carefully.
